Monitor indoor air quality to help maintain healthy conditions with ease using this versatile smart sensor. Designed to work with selected AXIS IP devices, it reliably detects vaping, smoking, and a range of airborne pollutants including particulate matter (PM) and carbon dioxide (CO₂). You can configure it to trigger events when predefined thresholds are exceeded, ideal for automated responses when linked with other connected devices. Document periodic air quality readings to enable regulation compliance for indoor air quality standards. Thanks to AXIS' Portcast technology, it connects seamlessly to AXIS devices without requiring extra IP addresses, switch ports, or power, making it simple to add to existing systems.
Please note: The AXIS D6210 uses Portcast technology and therefore needs another device to function. It is not a standalone device. It is designed to be installed between another AXIS device, such as a camera or strobe siren, and the power source. The device features PoE in and PoE out ports for simple installation.
