Featuring a built-in microphone, the unit can broadcast live announcements or can utilise its built-in memory to play recorded clips or background music. Equipped with digital signal processing (DSP) the C1610-VE delivers crisp sound in a range of conditions. Zone management and scheduling capabilities are available via the embedded audio management software, making this unit ideal for use in retail environments or reception areas.
Easy to install, this speaker connects to a network via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), with a single cable providing both power and network connectivity. With support for VOIP and Axis analytics, the C1610-VE has a range of uses including two-way audio communication for access control or to make announcements in response to an event trigger. Remote health testing makes it easy to monitor the unit’s status and ensure it is working at full capacity. Furthermore, this robust unit is IP66 and IK10-rated, protecting it from harsh weather conditions and potential vandalism attempts.
