The Axis 216MFD is a network security camera designed for monitoring public spaces. Its megapixel resolution and DC-iris control ensure that the camera can deliver the required image quality in difficult conditions, including areas that are intensely illuminated.
Its tamper-resistant casing provides protection from attempts to interfere with the working of the camera, and an anti-tampering alarm can alert you of any attempts to block the camera (e.g. spray-painting the lens). The 216MFD can also automatically trigger recording using its motion detection and audio sensors. The built-in microphone gives you the option to listen in to the camera's surroundings whenever necessary.
Power over Ethernet provides power and network connectivity to the camera through one cable, reducing the amount of time it takes to install the camera while remaining cost-effective and efficient. The 216MFD's varifocal lens can be adjusted to a suitable angle, offering more options when decided where to place the camera.
Please note: this camera does not come with a Power over Ethernet power supply. Please select if required.
