Overview of 0240-003 Axis 216FD
The Axis 216FD IP camera offers an unobtrusive, cost-effective security solution for a wide range of applications. It is ideal for monitoring indoor public spaces, such as shops and schools. Its tamper-resistant plastic casing offers an effective deterrent against vandalism.
The 216FD provides a detailed image, aided by progressive scan technology, which eliminates motion blur and distortion from the image, and advanced image processing, allowing the camera to deliver an usable image in sub-optimal lighting conditions.
A built-in microphone allows you to listen in on the camera's surroundings, and the built-in motion detection, audio and anti-tampering alarms can trigger automatic recording and alert you via e-mail of any activity. As well as this, Power over Ethernet technology means that the camera can be powered and connected to your network via a single cable. This simplifies installation and reduces costs.
Please note: this camera does not come with a Power over Ethernet power supply. Please select if required.
