The Arecont Vision D4S-AV1115DN is an indoor dome camera with a surface-mount design for easy installation in locations such as casinos, shopping malls and areas where high value transactions take place. A 1.3 megapixel sensor captures IP video at up to 42fps.
Casino Mode keeps the frame rate above 30fps at all times, ensuring that no quick movements, such as sleight of hand, are missed, while its built-in Moonlight Mode adjusts shutter speed in low light to ensure clear, crisp video footage. The camera also has an infrared-cut filter, which when used in conjunction with infrared lighting (sold separately) allows the camera to record even in total darkness.
A 2-axis gimbal allows the camera unit to be mounted easily onto ceilings, ensuring the optimum viewing angle regardless of position. Power over Ethernet compliant, the camera is able to receive power and network connectivity over a single cable.
