High-end Arecont Vision MegaView2 AV5225 outdoor IP66-rated, tamper resistant network bullet camera with 5 megapixel resolution (14 fps), P-iris lens, built-in infrared LEDs and true day/night, remote focus & zoom, Arecont’s binning mode for enhanced low light capture, video motion detection, choice of PoE or auxiliary power and dual codec. Available with audio and wide angle lens, 30m night-vision wide angle lens or 60m night-vision telephoto lens.

The AV5225 from Arecont is part of the MegaView2 series of outdoor vandal-resistant bullet network cameras with high resolution capabilities. Delivering 5 megapixel resolution at 14 fps, the AV5225 provides high-performance CCTV with a P-iris lens for optimum depth of field and object focus. With true IR night-vision up to 30m (AV5225PMIR) or 60m (AV5225PMTIR only), images can be captured in complete darkness and high quality 24/7 surveillance is provided. Arecont’s binning mode enhances images captured in low light by increasing light sensitivity of the camera. The IP66 and tamper resistant casing provides durable outdoor use throughout harsh weather and protection against tampering attempts. Remote focus and zoom provide easy installation and maintenance of the AV5225 as the lens does not need to be manually adjusted.

Support for PoE and auxiliary power provides the user with a choice of power supply depending on preference whilst support for H.264 and MJPEG also gives a choice of compression method. Motion detection provides accurate security monitoring whilst the privacy masking feature allows certain areas of the cameras field of view to be blocked. The AV5225 is available as an audio model with wide angle lens; 30m IR night-vision model with wide angle lens or 60m IR night-vision model with telephoto lens (please select the required model from the above drop down menu).
