This outdoor-ready dome IP camera from Hanwha Vision is capable of delivering 2 megapixel resolution at up to 60 frames per second (fps). The vandal-resistant and IP67-rated unit also supports true day/night recording that is enhanced by integrated infrared (IR) illumination (maximum range of 30m) - making it ideal for 24-hour surveillance of exposed, outdoor locations. Additional features include simple installation using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), free Wisenet Viewer 36-channel software is supported and remote access via the Wisenet mobile app.
Integrated IR LEDs enhance night vision at a range of up to 30m and the camera’s fixed lens offers a wide viewing angle of 88.6°. A handful of imaging technologies are also included to help the camera deliver clear video footage in difficult lighting conditions. Wide dynamic range (WDR) technology renders details evenly in strongly backlit scenes, ensuring objects and individuals can be identified clearly. Hallway viewing mode is also supported and digitally rotates the video stream, allowing the field of view to be optimised for monitoring narrow areas.
Configurable video motion detection alarms help to alert users of activity via notifications such as email and can also trigger recording to the onboard MicroSD card (not included). Enhanced video analytics such as loitering detection and people counting are available, which help to increase scene awareness for reliable security monitoring. In addition, integrated alarm and audio I/O ports allow users to connect external devices that can help to enhance alarm signalling or enable features such as two-way audio.
Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) supplies the unit with both power and network connectivity over a single cable for a quick and cost-effective installation. In addition, WiseStream II technology recognises when there is no movement in the scene and lowers image quality - resulting in an overall reduction in bandwidth and storage requirements.
