Overview of the Vivotek IB9371-HT

This outdoor-ready bullet network camera by Vivotek delivers 3 megapixel resolution at full frame rate, complete with true day/night recording and built-in infrared (IR) illumination (maximum range of 30m). The camera is housed in an IK10 rated casing to provide protection when installed in exposed areas and can be easily installed using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE). Additional features include local recording to SD card and built-in video motion detection (VMD).

Using the unit’s five-window video motion detection (VMD) feature, users can define multiple regions inside the field of view. When motion is detected in any of these specified areas, an alert can be sent to notify them of activity. Users can also connect a microphone and speaker (not included) via the integrated audio I/O ports, enabling audio recording and two-way communication with those close to the camera.
