Overview of the Vivotek IB8381

This outdoor-ready bullet IP camera can record up to 25 frames per second (fps) at 5MP resolution, or up to 30 fps at 1080p HD resolution. Built-in IR illumination for up to 30m of night-vision and a switchable infrared-cut filter allow this unit to function day and night. This camera is also housed in a weather-resistant IP67-rated casing for protection against the outdoor elements.

The Vivotek IB8381 takes advantage of Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology which allows details in scenes with bright and dark areas to be viewed clearly. Installation and maintenance is also made simpler with Smart Focus, for easy fine-tuning remotely. This IP camera also benefits from Smart Stream technology which helps to lower bandwidth by intelligently analysing and optimising the video stream continuously.
