Overview of the Vivotek IB8381-E

This outdoor-ready bullet IP camera can record up to 25 frames per second (fps) at 5MP resolution, or up to 30 fps at 1080p HD resolution. Built-in IR illumination allows for up to 30m of night-vision and inclusion of an infrared-cut filter means that this unit switches automatically between day and night modes. Extreme Weather Support enhances this model’s IP67-rated weather resistant casing for improved performance and reliability in more demanding environments.

The Vivotek IB8381-E includes Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology which allows it to capture details in scenes with both bright and dark areas. Smart Focus makes installation and maintenance simpler with remote fine-tuning. This IP camera also makes use of Smart Steam technology which intelligently analyses and optimises the video stream continuously, helping to lower bandwidth.
