Overview of the Vivotek FD836BA-HVF2

This vandal-resistant outdoor fixed dome network camera produces 2MP video at 30 frames per second (fps). Utilising Vivotek's Supreme Night Visibility (SNV) technology means that this camera can capture full colour, high quality images even in low light levels. Its outdoor-ready housing is also IK10 rated, providing robust protection in exposed areas.

Built-in IR illuminators and an IR-cut filter allow the FD836BA-HVF2 to offer effective night vision at a distance of up to 30 metres. Night vision is also enhanced with the use of Smart IR technology which helps prevent overexposure and high levels of noise by adjusting IR lighting intensity to best suit the environment.
