The Vivotek FD8335H outdoor IP camera is capable of capturing footage at HD720p resolution. This camera boasts a number of advanced features that help to provide high-quality video footage, particularly during difficult lighting conditions. Built-in infrared LEDs allow the camera to monitor around the clock, providing illumination at up to 20m, while a built-in infrared-cut filter switches between full colour and monochrome video in darkness in order to allow for continuous 24/7 operation and recording.

Wide Dynamic Range Pro allows the camera to capture video at differing contrasts, combining light and dark areas of a scene in order to produce image quality similar to the human eye, which can be particularly useful in areas which may be subject to sudden changes in light.

A number of features allow the camera to monitor specific areas, including triple-window motion detection which allows you to select multiple areas of focus, while ePTZ technology digitally zooms in on areas without physically moving the camera, avoiding any mechanical wear and tear.

A vandal-proof housing helps protect against harsh weather and attempts to damage the mechanism. The camera is also compliant with Power over Ethernet connectivity, allowing it to receive power and network connectivity using a single cable. For recording, the Vivotek FD8335H has an SD card slot (SD card not included) and also comes with 32 channel IP camera recording software free of charge.
