Overview of the Videotec VERSO POLAR

The VERSO POLAR camera housing from Videotec is specially designed for applications in very cold environments and can operate even at the most severe temperatures. An integrated high performance heater allows the functioning of this housing down to -55°C (-67°F). Its IP66 rating means the housing is protected from rain and dust through a neoprene-rubber gasket and 3 cable glands in nickel-plated brass. Made from technopolymer (polycarbonate) and with an IK10 rating, the VERSO POLAR camera housing can withstand impact such as vibrations and tampering. The added sunshield protects the VERSO POLAR housing from harsh sunlight and harmful UV rays.

The side opening feature enables users to quickly and easily access the camera, lens and any accessories for servicing and installation. The VERSO POLAR can be mounted to the wall, ceiling, pole or corner, and includes the option of a cable-managed bracket so no cables are visible from the outside (if a bracket is required, please select from above dropdown menu).This housing can also integrate an infrared LED illuminator through the optional Videotec OSUPPIR bracket.
