The Veracity Outreach Lite VOR-ORL-XT extender can be used to expand an Ethernet LAN cable beyond its standard 100m limit. The extender is suitable for outdoor installation, making it ideal for use in situations where external cameras are located at a cable distance of over 100 metres. The extender is easy to install as it requires no configuration or external power supply and comes with IP66-rated grommets, helping to prevent water ingress into the unit.
Compatible with all devices which support IEEE802.3af PoE, the Outreach Lite VOR-ORL-XT is ideal for connecting multiple devices to form a surveillance network. The device can also be used to centrally manage power supplies across networks, enabling multiple devices to receive power.
