The Veracity Longspan Max Camera XT is a rugged, weather-resistant Ethernet and PoE extender engineered for reliable long-range IP camera connections in demanding outdoor environments. It maintains full 100Mbps data transmission and can deliver up to 60W of PoE at 200 metres or 40W at 350 metres, using standard Cat5e or Cat6 cabling. Housed in a durable enclosure rated to IP66/67/69 for protection from harsh weather, it includes three compression glands to accommodate various cable diameters and uses built-in diagnostic LEDs to simplify setup and fault identification.
Installation
As this unit is designed for external use, it has no DC input and must be powered via PoE through the network cable. Any Longspan Base unit (Standard, Max or Base 8) can be used in conjunction with this product, however for maximum power delivery we recommend using with a Veracity Longspan Max VLS-LSM-B network extender base unit and 100W PSU.
