Streamdays is ideal for reliable, high-quality live streaming from IP cameras that are capturing views from wildlife, nature beauty spots, city landmarks or visitor attractions. Audio in IP cameras is also supported by Streamdays, complementing camera views with live sound from the camera’s surroundings for a further enhanced viewing experience.

Streamdays, a fully-managed service

NW built and maintains the Streamdays platform. With some of the highest uptime in the industry, you can be assured that if your camera is online and reachable, then it will be live on your website via Streamdays.

When you purchase this service subscription, our onboarding team will contact you to set up your camera into the Streamdays system, and provide you with a simple string of code to include on your website, which will display the live webcam where you want it. From thereon, we will monitor your camera for maximum uptime and take immediate action if, for some reason, it does go down.

Streamdays terms and conditions

1. Streamdays is a managed service delivered in accordance with our latest Gold service level agreement (SLA). The SLA may be amended at any time and without notice.
2. Contract terms: quarterly or annually rolling contract as per the option selected by the customer. All charges are invoiced in advance and are due before the start date or the periodic renewal date. The subscription start date will be the first date that your camera will be live in the Streamdays system and you have received an email with confirmation of this being the case. There are no set up fees or other contract tie-ins. The customer can terminate the subscription by giving written cancellation notice (email accepted) to NW, which will result in contract termination at the end date of the then current three-month or twelve-month period.
3. Charges shown are exclusive of UK VAT at 20%. Customers outside the UK will not be charged UK VAT.
4. Unlimited number of viewers but our Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies.
5. If the customer requires for the ‘Powered by Streamdays’ link within the Streamdays web viewer to be removed then a monthly £10 (ex VAT) surcharge will apply.
6. Streamdays is a streaming platform of NW Security Group Limited, enabling customers to stream output from their IP camera(s) in the form of video and audio onto the Internet. The copyright of the images belong to the customer and not to NW Security Group Limited, the operator of the Streamdays service. The customer will be responsible for the image and audio content and, as such, will be responsible for the images and audio to be within any applicable laws and regulations, which in the UK includes the Data Protection Act 2018.
7. Any copyright infringement will be the responsibility and liability of the customer and not NW Security Group Limited.
8. By subscribing to the Streamdays service the customer agrees that the customer will not use the Streamdays service to stream illegal, adult, political, violent, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate or distasteful content. If we deem the content to be in violation of the above we reserve the right to terminate provision of the service immediately, at our sole discretion, without notice, and without any refund due.
