Overview of the Hanwha Vision QNO-6010R

Part of the Hanwha Vision ‘Q’ Series, this outdoor-ready bullet delivers smooth HD 1080p video at full frame rate. The IP66 and IK10-rated unit also offers true day/night recording that is enhanced by integrated infrared (IR) illumination (maximum range of 20m) - making it ideal for round-the-clock monitoring of exposed outdoor areas. Additional features include support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), free SmartViewer 36-channel software and remote access via the Wisenet mobile app.

The unit offers a wide 110° viewing angle, as well as improved imaging in low light thanks to the integrated IR LED that illuminates up to 20m. Wide dynamic range (WDR) technology helps to improve images captured in difficult lighting conditions by compensating for bright light and dark shadows - ensuring individuals and objects are clearly visible. In addition, Hallway view is also supported and helps to maximise the area of interest in narrow scenes by digitally rotating the video stream.

Various video motion detection alarms can be configured to help enhance scene awareness and notify users of activity via notifications such as email. These alarms can also be set to trigger recording to the on-board MicroSD card – ensuring all motion is captured. Users have the ability to connect external devices via the unit’s integrated alarm and audio I/O ports to help enhance alarm signalling or enable features such as one-way audio.

With support for PoE, this camera is able to receive power and network connectivity over one cable for cost-effective installation. WiseStream technology analyses and optimises the video stream in real time, recording important details in high quality, whilst filtering out other areas to help reduce bandwidth and storage use.
