The QNAP VS-8024 VioStor NVR (Network Video Recorder) is a recording and monitoring solution for up to 24 IP cameras, providing up to 16TB of storage. Expansion is easy - additional QNAP servers can be connected locally or via the Internet, providing monitoring and playback for up to 120 cameras.

Designed for continuous operation with no down time, the QNAP VS-8024 has 8 hot-swappable drive bays. Hard drives can be replaced during operation. A redundant power supply will kick in if the primary supply fails. Advanced RAID configurations ensure your data is safe from hard drive failure and RAID level and capacity can be upgraded without data loss.

The QNAP VS-8024 is an energy-efficient NVR solution. It uses only a quarter of the power required by an equivalent PC-based NVR solution and with its embedded Linux system it is less vulnerable to viruses and malware attacks. QNAP NVR servers are compatible with a wide variety of IP cameras from leading manufacturers.
