The Pelco IXE20DN is a 2.1 megapixel IP security camera for high resolution video surveillance and features automatic day/night switching for 24 hour surveillance, H.264 video compression for fast frame rates, on-camera SD memory card recording and a platform for Intelligent Video Analytics. The IXE20DN is part of Pelco's Sarix range of high performance megapixel IP cameras.

This 2 megapixel model has an extended platform which can be upgraded with intelligent video applications. Using analytics with compatible recording devices allows you to perform intelligent functions such as object detection and removal, people counting, virtual boundaries etc.

Easy to install, the Pelco Sarix IP camera is Power over Ethernet compliant and can be powered using the same Ethernet cable which supplies the data. To further aid installation the IXE20DN camera comes with a video service port which allows the installation engineer to see the image from the camera when it is being installed. As with all cameras Network Webcams offers, the Pelco Sarix IXE20DN megapixel IP camera has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet.
