Through its deep integration with the XProtect Smart Client, users can access BriefCam functionality within the familiar video management interface, creating a more connected and efficient investigation workflow. Investigators can initiate video analysis directly from the XProtect video player, select relevant time periods and send footage to BriefCam for investigation. This makes it easier to move from monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage to conducting detailed forensic searches, helping teams find relevant evidence faster. Rapid Review is built around BriefCam's REVIEW module, combining intelligent video search, advanced visualisation and collaborative case management to help investigators make better use of their existing CCTV infrastructure.

Milestone BriefCam requires an active Care Plus maintenance plan for the first 12 months of deployment. 12 months of Care Plus is included in the purchase of this Milestone BriefCam Investigator licence ensuring the platform is protected through essential software updates, version upgrades, and product enhancements to ensure your system is running effectively. Optional multi-year renewals are also available after the first 12 months.
