Overview of the LILIN MD2242

This indoor mini-dome from LILIN is capable of delivering high-quality 4 megapixel resolution at up to 20 frames per second (fps). It can be installed easily using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and features an ultra-compact design for non-invasive surveillance. An ideal choice for small business applications, this affordable unit also supports edge storage and remote access via a mobile device.

The camera has the ability to deliver full colour video in low light conditions using LILIN’s Sense Up+ technology. Various video motion detection alarms can be configured to help enhance scene awareness and notify users of activity via notifications such as email. These alarms can also be set to trigger recording to the on-board MicroSD card – ensuring all motion is captured. In addition, the unit’s built-in microphone allows users to listen to and record audio in the monitored area.
