This PTZ dome IP camera from Hikvision delivers 2 megapixel video footage at full frame rate, complete with true day/night recording and up to 150m night vision via the built-in infrared (IR) illuminator. The IP66-rated unit offers full pan/tilt functionality and a 20x optical zoom for detailed examination of outdoor locations. Additional features include edge storage and remote access via the free Hikvision iVMS-4200 video management system (VMS).

Wide dynamic range (WDR) technology improves the capture of detail in high contrast scenes. Configurable video motion detection alarms can be set to alert users of possible incidents in real-time via notifications such as email. These alarms can also be set to trigger specific actions, such as moving to preset position or start MicroSD card recording (card not included) - ensuring no vital footage is missed. Additionally, built-in alarm and audio I/O ports support the connection of external devices - helping to enhance alarm signalling or enable features such as two-way audio.
