This outdoor-ready PTZ IP camera from Hikvision is capable of delivering 3 megapixel resolution at full frame rate. It offers full pan/tilt functionality and a 20x optical zoom for detailed examination of the scene. Housed in an IP66-rated housing, the unit offers true day/night recording and up to 150m of infrared night vision - making it an ideal choice for monitoring exposed locations. Additional features include support for Hikvision's free iVMS-4200 video management software (VMS) and straightforward installation via Power-over-Ethernet Plus (PoE+).

Wide dynamic range is supported to help improve the capture of detail in high contrast scenes and video motion detection alarms are configurable to alert users of possible incidents via email notification. These alarms can also be used to prompt certain tasks such as moving the camera directly to a pre-set location - ensuring all activity is captured. In addition, to help increase scene awareness, a range of Hikvision's "Smart" video detection methods are included such as line crossing and intrusion detections.
