Overview of the Hikvision DS-2CD4B36FWD-IZ

This Hikvision bullet IP camera is capable of delivering 3 megapixel video at full frame rate, complete with true day/night recording and built-in infrared illumination up to 30m. The unit is housed inside an IP67-rated casing that offers protection against harsh weather conditions. Remote access is supported via Hikvision's free iVMS-4200 video management software (VMS) and the camera can be easily installed via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE).

The varifocal lens offers horizontal views of up to 88.5° and allows optimum scene coverage to be set during installation. Imaging technologies such as wide dynamic range (WDR) and 3D noise reduction are also included to help deliver clear, high quality images. Configurable video motion methods such as line crossing and tampering alarms ensure a high level of dynamic scene awareness. Additionally, these alarms can be set to trigger recording to the MicroSD card (not included) - ensuring all relevant or vital footage is captured.
