Overview of the Hikvision DS-2CD2H23G0-IZS

This affordable, Hikvision IP camera delivers 2 megapixel video footage at full frame rate, complete with true day/night recording and up to 30m night vision via the built-in infrared (IR) illuminator. Its tough vandal-resistant housing is also IP67-rated, making it ideal for deployment in exposed outdoor locations. Additional features include support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and remote access via Hikvision's free iVMS-4200 video management software (VMS).

The turret's varifocal lens allows the viewing angle (up to 110°) to be adjusted during installation for optimum scene coverage. Imaging technologies such as wide dynamic range (WDR) and 3D noise reduction are also included to help deliver clearer images in challenging lighting conditions. Configurable video motion detection alarms help to alert users of activity via notifications such as email and can also trigger recording to the on-board MicroSD card (not included). In addition, users have the ability to connect external devices via integrated alarm and audio I/O ports to help enhance alarm signalling or enable features such as two-way audio.
