The XNV-8080RSA varifocal dome camera is specifically engineered for use in indoor and outdoor environments exposed to highly corrosive materials including marine environments like ports, mining, oil and gas, food processing and medical industries. It features advanced imaging technologies housed in a rugged, weatherproof stainless steel (SUS316L) casing with a P-Iris lens delivering video at 60fps and offering powerful AI-driven object detection and classification analytics.
Capable of withstanding freezing temperatures as low as -40°C, its fog detection and defog functions can improve clarity in scenes suffering from poor visibility caused by smoke and fog. Additionally, the integrated IR LEDs produce monochrome images up to 50m in complete darkness, and WDR balances scenes with diverse lighting for consistently sharp footage, 24-hours a day. Enable audio recording and detection through use of an external microphone (line in).
In addition to its edge-based video analytic features including motion detection, virtual line crossing and loitering warnings, the AI engine enables enhanced object detection and classification for improved accuracy resulting in fewer false alarms. The camera will classify objects such as persons, vehicles and types of vehicle, and visualise them with bounding boxes. Users can form a better understanding of business performance and improve safety through people counting and heatmaps for effective management of high occupancy areas. Configure alarms to trigger upon detected events activating external devices such as speakers and sirens connected via I/O.
