The P3747-PLVE camera is built for 24/7 monitoring of expansive indoor and outdoor areas, combined with AI-driven video analytics for accurate human and vehicle detection. Equipped with four individual 5MP resolution sensors, it provides a cost-effective and rapid deployment alternative to four separate cameras. It can produce a seamless 360° panoramic view or individual video streams at up to 20 fps per channel. Quick and easy to set up, the motorised varifocal lenses can be remotely configured and adjusted with pan-tilt-roll-zoom functionality to meet changing demands over time.

Lightfinder and Forensic WDR ensure full-colour video in challenging or low lighting. In complete darkness, each camera head has individual OptimizedIR LEDs for 360° illumination up to 20m. The unit mounts directly to ceilings for full 360° coverage or to walls and poles with the Axis TP1001-E Mount for 270° coverage. PoE support enables fast, cost-effective installation, powering all four channels through a single cable. The device is IP66 and IK10 rated for effective weather and vandalism protection.

Video Analytics

Axis Object Analytics (AOA) supports all 4 channels, accurately detecting, classifying, and counting humans and vehicles including cars, buses, trucks, and bikes. By analysing video on the edge, it generates rapid alerts for faster incident response. False alarms are drastically reduced thanks to ARTPEC-8's Deep Learning CPU, which uses AI algorithms to filter out irrelevant events such as small animals and falling leaves. Detected objects are distinctly highlighted with colour-coded bounding boxes on the VMS. Up to 10 virtual scenarios, such as line crossing, object in area, and occupancy in area, can run simultaneously to improve scene awareness and provide valuable security insights.

This camera also supports other Axis and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality for the camera to meet more specialist demands.
