The Arecont Vision AV1355DN MegaDome is a fixed dome outdoor-ready IP camera. A 1.3 megapixel sensor delivers high quality images at 1280x1024 resolution, 4x that of standard VGA IP cameras and with high performance processing it can deliver full resolution video at up to 32fps. Along with H.264 video compression the Arecont Vision AV1355DN MegaDome delivers high image quality with reduced bandwidth and storage requirements.

A weather-proof, vandal-resistant case means no additional housing is required for installation outdoors and with Power over Ethernet compatibility, only one cable is required for both power and data making outdoor installation simple.

Automatic day/night switching allows the camera to capture high quality, detailed images 24h a day in all lighting conditions, with monochrome images being captured at night. Like all IP cameras available from Network Webcams, the Arecont Vision AV1355DN MegaDome IP security camera has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet as a streaming IP webcam.
