The Sony SNC-DM110 is a fixed mini-dome IP camera which offers a 1.3 megapixel resolution in combination with high levels of sensitivity, full range of features and is designed with security in mind.

The SNC-DM110 uses a 1/3-type Progressive Scan CCD imaging sensor with ExwavePRO technology to produce images at a maximum resolution of 1280x960 and at a frame rate of up to 30 images per second (at VGA). The ExwavePro sensor will produce usable colour images in lighting conditions as low as 0.8 lux and will deliver even brighter results using the camera’s unique Light funnel function. Light funnel combines the brightness data from 4 pixels on the image sensor instead of one to provide a VGA image which is 4x brighter without slowing the shutter speed. Advanced features include bi-directional audio support for interactive two-way communication, intelligent video motion detection which uses advanced systems to reduce the number of false alarms, intelligent video analytics based on Sony’s DEPA technology platform which allows advanced tools such as intelligent object detection, a solid PTZ function which allows cropping of images to reduce bandwidth or to emphasize a monitoring location and used in combination with motion detection can also allow the camera to track a moving object within the scene. Like all IP cameras offered on www.networkwebcams.co.uk, the Sony SNC-DM110 has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet as a streaming IP webcam.
