We are based in the UK and therefore all orders placed with us are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate of 17.5%. We can ship to you without charging VAT if you are in the EU and are registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) in your country. If you wish to make use of this, you should not order online but instead contact us or phone 0151 633 2111 / +44 151 633 2111 to place your order. We will require from you by fax an official company document stating your VAT number. This is an EU regulation to prevent fraud.

Deliveries are to your door. In the UK we mainly use City Link and TNT. In all other countries we mainly use TNT and UPS. When we receive your order, you will be e-mailed an order confirmation with a unique order ID, showing your order status and a shipping reference to track your order.

Deliveries are made on working days between 08.00 and 17.00 hours local time. We cannot specify exact delivery times. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address, the package will be returned to the courier's nearest local depot. A card will be left at your address with details to arrange re-delivery of your order. All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for.
