QNAP VS-4112U-RP PRO+ from the VioStor series of network video recorders, providing 12 channels and up to 16TB HDD space. Linux-based with an Intel dual-core processor, up to 250 Mbps throughput and mobile access through the QNAP VMobile app.

With an Intel dual-core processor and 4GB memory, the 12 channel VS-4112U-RP PRO+ from the QNAP VioStor series of network video recorders delivers high-performance video recording with up to 250 Mbps throughput and provides 4 hard drive slots for up to 16TB of storage. This enables the smooth and stable recording of multi megapixel and high frame rate cameras. With Linux-embedded, the VS-4112U-RP PRO+ NVR is at reduced risk of viruses and system crash. The unit can be rackmounted for compact and neat installation, and to expand an existing recording system.

Users can schedule recording or set to continuous, manual, on alarm trigger or user-defined modes, providing a configurable recording system that can be tailored to different requirements. Smart recording mode enables the NVR to record continuously in low quality, switching to high quality when activity is detected, to enable in depth analysis of an event whilst conserving bandwidth. When an event takes place, an icon flashes up on the local monitor, which can be clicked by the user to provide further information. Digital PTZ, preset positioning and auto cruising allow operators to effectively cover large scenes.

Other handy features of the QNAP VS-4112U-RP PRO+ unit include HDMI output, multi-stream support, e-map, intelligent video searching for easy location of event footage and two-way audio support. Video can be accessed remotely using the QNAP VMobile app available for free download on iOS, Android and Windows devices.
