Rack mountable VioStor VS-4108U-RP PRO+ network video recorder from QNAP, with 8 channel support and 4 x HDD drives for up to 16TB storage space. Linux-embedded with Intel dual-core processor providing up to 250 Mbps throughput and mobile app for remote access via iOS, Android and Windows devices.

Powered by the Intel dual-core processor and with 4GB memory, the 8 channel VS-4108U-RP PRO+ from QNAP’s robust VioStor range of network video recorders, delivers high performance 250 Mbps throughput rate for stable recording and smooth playback of high frame rate and multi megapixel cameras, with up to 16TB HDD space. Designed for small to medium businesses, the Linux-embedded VS-4108U-RP PRO+ NVR provides robust CCTV recording at reduced risk of system crash and virus attack. HDMI video output enables full HD 1080p local display and the unit can be rackmounted.

Recording can be set up in continuous, manual, scheduled, on alarm trigger or user-defined modes, to capture specific video, whilst smart recording mode captures activity in higher quality to allow detailed event analysis. When an event happens, an alert icon displays on the local monitoring page and provides further information when clicked. Cameras can be controlled using digital zoom, PTZ, preset positions and auto cruising, to effectively monitor scenes.

Additional handy features include two-way audio, multi-stream support, intelligent search and e-map. The QNAP VMobile app enables zero-cost remote management of recordings via iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices.
