Overview of the Axis T8504-E

This robust Power-over-Ethernet Plus (PoE+) switch by Axis features four 10/100/1000TX ports and remote management. Housed in a dust and water-resistant enclosure, the outdoor-ready unit also includes an SFP port for fibre connection across long distances and offers a maximum PoE budget of 150W. 

Ports 3 and 4 of the switch are capable of delivering PoE at up to 30 watts per port, while ports 1 and 2 can deliver up to 60 watts per port. Installation is simplified thanks to a range of handy Axis tools such as Axis Camera Management and Axis IP Utility. This utility tool enables automatic discovery and display of devices on the network, as well as helping users to set IP addresses easily.

Compatible with a wide range of Axis network devices, this tough switch also features surge protection and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 50°C. In addition, the switch can be mounted to a flat wall or onto a pole using the alternative pole bracket (please select from the dropdown menu).
