Overview of the JVC GD-W192
Designed for continuous 24/7 use, this widescreen 18.5" LCD surveillance monitor is ideal for use in CCTV control centres or manufacturing plants, where video feeds are continuously displayed. Resolutions up to 1280x960 are supported, ideal for surveillance software with multiple IP camera feeds or with a single HD 720p feed displayed without resizing. An HDMI port is built in for easy integration with high resolution security equipment and features integrated speakers for audio playback with no additional hardware. The energy-efficient design also helps to lower running costs.
In addition to digital video, the screen also supports analogue video feeds, ideal for hybrid installations or those looking to future-proof an analogue installation. The built-in 3D comb filter improves analogue video quality by reducing artefacting for a sharp, clear image. The monitor comes with a desk-mount stand but with the addition of a rack mounting kit (sold separately) the monitor can also be installed in 19" rack cabinets for connection directly to recording servers.
