The JVC VR-X1600U is a turnkey Network Video Recorder, capturing high quality security feeds from up to 16 JVC Super LoLux HD IP cameras. The system incorporates Milestone's XProtect Enterprise VMS software, providing industry-recognised reliability and performance, whilst remaining extremely easy-to-use for security monitoring staff.
The recorder is easily expandable, with a 1TB hard drive which can easily be upgraded to 4TB if required, with the option of connecting external drives using the eSATA port. An additional 16 cameras can be also be added to the system with a license upgrade, allowing this surveillance system to expand should recording requirements change. Multiple units can be connected together and monitored from a single location.
Capable of recording HD1080p video feeds at 30fps, the recorder ensures that all detail and clarity captured by each camera is maintained. The smart client software offers local and remote access to live views and playback and with 2-way audio, users can speak interactively with people in view and capture sound alongside video.
