Overview of the Y-cam Bullet HD1080p
The Y-cam Bullet HD1080p IP camera delivers high quality, high definition video over Wi-Fi, PoE or wired ethernet connections and is ideal for scenarios where a high level of detail needs to be captured day and night. 32 built-in LEDs provide infrared illumination of up to 15m from the camera, and together with an infrared-cut filter to switch between full colour and black and white, allow the camera to operate even in total darkness, thus providing a cost-effective choice for areas which require continuous surveillance.
The camera is wireless N compliant, benefiting from improved speed and wireless range, allowing it to be installed at greater distances than standard Wi-Fi connections, while a built-in microphone allows users to listen-in. The camera includes an IP66-rated weatherproof casing to protect against harsh weather, allowing for outdoor surveillance. On-board recording using a MicroSD card slot (card sold separately) lets the camera store video or snapshots locally, with the option of recording video directly to external storage such as NAS drives.
Fully compatible with both Windows and Mac, the Bullet HD1080p can be integrated easily with your chosen operating system. Mobile viewing is available for most smartphones and tablets, allowing for surveillance on the move, while e-mail alerts (with images attached) can warn users of movement or tampering for quick event verification.
