Designed to provide detailed situational awareness, this 14MP outdoor multi-sensor network camera has 4 integrated 5MP sensors to capture a 180° view at full frame rate. The camera’s innovative ARTPEC-7 chipset enables the inclusion of advanced analytics and cybersecurity features such as Object Analytics to classify objects in the field of view, as well as Edge Vault and a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) which keep authentication certificates safe.

Camera

This high-resolution camera provides a 180° panoramic view – ideal for locations requiring detailed overviews. Additionally, the camera’s sensors can also be tilted up to 92° to achieve the desired viewing direction. The integrated infrared (IR) cut-filter provides true day/night recording, delivering crisp surveillance 24 hours a day. Furthermore, two-way audio can be provided when a microphone and speaker are connected via an external microphone input and edge-to-edge network speaker pairing (microphone and speaker not included), enabling audio recording and verbal interaction through the camera.

Imaging

This camera uses imaging technologies such as wide dynamic range (WDR) to enhance the detail captured in strongly backlit scenarios and Axis’ Lightfinder to boost views in low-light scenes - enabling the unit to be used in areas where extreme lighting conditions are likely. The camera’s multiple sensors capture four separate angles that are seamlessly stitched together to create a 180° panoramic view without the need for dewarping technology.

Video Analytics

The inclusion of Axis’ ARTPEC-7 chipset enhances the camera’s processing power, allowing it to make use of a range of video analytics. Camera-based video motion detection alarms are configurable and help to alert users of activity via a choice of notification methods including email. Furthermore, Axis’ Object Analytics classify objects in the camera’s field of view and allows the user to set specific scenarios based on identified activity, enhancing scene awareness.

Video Management

The camera offers support for edge storage, providing a physical data backup in the case of network failure, whilst also allowing the unit to be used as a standalone system. High-performance video management software such as Axis Camera Station or Milestone XProtect can be integrated to monitor live and recorded footage and adjust analytics settings in real-time.

Installation

The unit can be easily installed using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) which combines network and power cables for a simple and cost-effective set-up. The camera also has the potential to capture full 360° coverage by mounting two units back-to-back using the Axis T94V01C Dual Camera Mount (not included). A weathershield is included and can be fitted to protect the camera by preventing raindrops from obscuring the lens and IP67 weather-resistant and IK10 vandal-resistant housing makes it ideal for exposed areas prone to tampering attempts.
