This indoor dome IP camera from Wisenet by Hanwha Techwin is capable of delivering 2 megapixel resolution images round-the-clock; with true day/night recording and up to 50m of infrared night vision. Part of the feature-packed Wisenet ‘X Plus’ series, the unit features motorised pan/tilt/roll/zoom (PTRZ) capability, dual SD storage and can be easily installed using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE). In addition, free SmartViewer 36-channel software is supported, as well as remote access via the Wisenet mobile app. Resolutions up to 5 megapixel are supported in this range, as well as varifocal viewing angles up to 92°.

Wisenet's X Plus IP cameras offer easy installation with their four-part magnetic modular structure and motorised pan/tilt/roll/zoom (PTRZ) capability. Additionally, Wisenet 5 chipset further improves all of the signature Wisenet technologies that have been created to improve imaging in difficult light conditions.
A handful of imaging technologies are also included to help the camera deliver clear video footage in difficult lighting conditions. Wide dynamic range (WDR) technology renders details evenly in strongly backlit scenes, ensuring objects and individuals can be identified clearly. Hallway viewing mode is also supported and digitally rotates the video stream, allowing the field of view to be optimised for monitoring narrow areas. This model provides a wide horizontal viewing angle of up to 119°; the other model in this range offers an alternative viewing angle of up to 92° and can be selected from the dropdown menu above.
Configurable video motion detection alarms can be set to trigger recording to the on-board MicroSD card and also inform users of activity via email notification. Intelligent video analytics such as people counting and loitering detection are supported help to enhance dynamic scene awareness and deliver reliable security monitoring. Additionally, the camera’s integrated alarm and audio I/O ports allow users to connect additional devices that can help to enhance alarm signalling or enable features such as one-way audio.
With support for PoE, this camera is also able to receive power and network connectivity over one cable for cost-effective installation. Additionally, WiseStreamII technology recognises when there is no movement in the scene and lowers image quality, resulting in an overall reduction in bandwidth and storage requirements.
