This cost-effective PTZ network camera delivers 4MP resolution video at up to 25 frames per second (fps). It features full pan-tilt functionality with powerful 25x optical zoom and 360° endless pan for in-depth investigation of scenes. The unit is housed in an IP66-rated casing for reliable outdoor use, and its built-in IR LEDs enhance true day/night recording at a distance of up to 150m. Other useful features include backups of data with onboard storage (microSD card not included), as well as remote access to live views and playbacks of recordings via the free iVMS-4200 video management software application.

Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology is supported to help improve the level of detail in images captured in scenes with high-contrast lighting. Thanks to low-light capability, the camera is also able to produce full colour images in near darkness and video motion detection alarms are configurable to help alert users of possible incidents via email notification. These alarms can also be used to prompt certain tasks, such as moving the camera directly to a pre-set location - ensuring all activity is captured. Additionally, support for Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) simplifies the installation process by providing the camera with power and network connectivity over a single cable.
