We are following the advice of Public Health England (PHE) and are still making deliveries for orders.

PHE has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. It is understood that these type of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This follows the published guidance from PHE.

Our carriers have implemented contactless delivery with drivers observing the 2 metre distance rule. Parcels can also be left in a safe place.

So far the availability of CCTV and security products in our supply chain have been largely unaffected. We are in close contact with our supply partners and will provide updates if this situation changes.

All the measures we have taken are to prevent people falling ill or spreading the virus whilst at the same time ensuring that our customers have access to CCTV security products, our help and technical support to ensure security systems at this critical time are running as they should.

As always, please contact us if you have any questions or require assistance.

Most important of all, stay safe.
