Open platform
Arcules Cloud is an open camera platform compatible with over 3,000 IP camera models, including camera brands such as Axis, Bosch, Mobotix, Panasonic and Wisenet. There is no need to buy new cameras if you have existing ones and you can check if your cameras are supported on the Arcules supported cameras list.
Arcules Cloud ARC2 Gateway
The Arcules Cloud ARC2 Gateway is a compact hardware device that will require installation on-site as part of your local area network (LAN) to which your IP cameras are connected as well. Your network will need to be connected to the internet in order for the Arcules Cloud ARC2 Gateway device to send video to the Arcules Cloud Platform where it will be stored.
Please note: you will need one Arcules Cloud ARC2 Gateway per site that you wish to add to the system as a geographically different location.
Unlimited scalability
Your Arcules Cloud subscription allows an unlimited number of channels from an unlimited number of cameras across all of your sites. While the number of channels is managed through your subscription, each site will still require an individual gateway device for connection to the cloud.

It is simple to subscribe. Select the number of cameras you want to connect your Arcules Cloud CCTV system, using the above dropdown menu, and checkout to place your order.
Upon receiving your order we will send you the subscription contract for your agreement and signature. No subscription contract will commence without your signature and you may cancel your order at any time until then and a full refund will be given.
Upon receiving your signed subscription contract, we will coordinate with you for the Arcules Cloud ARC2 Gateway device to be shipped to your address. You will also receive an email and the information required for you to register your Arcules Cloud account. You will then be able to set up your system in minutes, add your cameras, and start using your new Arcules Cloud CCTV system.
Your Arcules Cloud annual subscription contract will be with NW Security Group Limited, owner and operator of this website (www.networkwebcams.co.uk) and authorised by Arcules Inc. to resell Arcules products and services in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Support for the Arcules products and services you buy from us is provided to you as part of your subscription with us and at no additional charge.
Yes, you can add cameras to your Arcules Cloud system at any time. Any cameras added will be charged at the same 'per channel' rate as applicable to your account. Pro-rata changes will apply and fall due immediately in the quarter that any camera(s) is added to the Arcules Cloud system.
It makes sense to subscribe to an account with a low number of channels initially and add cameras to the account as and when needed. This is to avoid unnecessary channel charges for cameras that are not (yet) in the system.
You can remove channels from your annual subscription when the subscription is being auto-renewed for another twelve months by giving a minimum of 30 days' notice in writing (e-mail accepted) prior to the annual auto-renewal taking place. You will then be charged in accordance with the lower number of channels within the account on the renewed annual subscription. Your subscription charges will not reduce for the duration of a current annual subscription contract, also not if you remove camera channels during the contract period.
Arcules Cloud annual subscriptions auto-renew after twelve months for a further twelve months, and this is annually recurring. You can cancel your subscription at the end of a twelve-month period by giving a minimum of 30 days' notice in writing (e-mail accepted) prior to the annual auto-renewal taking place.
Yes, we offer to design, install and maintain your Arcules camera system, including networking and internet connectivity if required.
