The i-PRO WV-S6530N is an outdoor-ready PTZ dome that delivers full HD 1080p video at full frame rate. Its vandal-resistant, metal casing is IK10-rated and offers robust protection in exposed areas. Using the camera’s pan/tilt functionality and 21x optical zoom (up to 31x with HD Extra Optical Zoom), areas of interest can be examined in closer detail. Additional features include advanced imaging technologies, edge storage, H.265 compression and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE+) support.

Users are able to precisely navigate across wide scenes using the camera’s variable pan/tilt movements, this is particularly helpful when closely monitoring a person or incident. A 21x optical zoom enables real-time investigation into specific regions of interest, and intelligent Zoom Stabilisation technology helps to reduce noticeable camera shake – even when fully zoomed in.

Imaging technologies such as Extreme Super Dynamic and Adaptive Black Stretch (ABS) combine to help improve images captured in poor lighting by compensating for bright light and dark shadows - ensuring individuals and objects are clearly visible. Intelligent Auto (iA) mode monitors scene dynamics and motion, then automatically adjusts key camera settings in real-time to reduce image distortion - such as motion blur in busy locations.

Up to four programmable video motion detection zones are available and help provide enhanced CCTV surveillance. When motion is detected, alarms can be set to trigger certain tasks such as email notification or local recording to an SD card (not included). Additionally, external devices can be connected via alarm I/O ports for improved alarm signalling and enable handy features such as two-way audio.

Auto Variable Image Quality on Specified Area (VIQS) technology is included and allows up to eight areas of the image to retain a higher image quality. Any activity outside of these defined areas is streamed in lower quality - helping to reduce bit-rate and storage. In addition, H.265 compression format is also supported to offer further reductions in bandwidth and storage over H.264.
