The Axis M1013 compact-style network camera delivers quality Super VGA (800x600) resolution at a very competitive price. With a frame rate of 30 images per second, built-in motion detection and on-camera SD card recording, this IP camera can be set up as a stand-alone monitoring system or be linked with multiple units using the free Axis Camera Companion software to create a networked CCTV system with up to 16 connected cameras. Set up and use is very easy, making it a perfect, low-cost choice for self-installation.

The camera's on-board SD card storage (card not included) works together with Axis' Camera Companion software, providing an easy-to-use interface that allows users to view live video feeds and playback recordings via mobile devices and tablets. H.264 compression technology reduces file size to save on bandwidth with little effect on the original footage, while multiple video streams can be set up to provide flexibility of recording.
