Overview of the Vivotek PZ8121

The Vivotek PZ8121 is a cost-effective indoor PTZ IP camera which delivers large area surveillance with 10x optical zoom and pan, tilt, zoom capability. The camera's 300° pan and 135° tilt can cover a wide field of view, while the 10x optical zoom captures detailed shots of people and objects at distance at up to 720x576 resolution.

Viewers can listen in using the camera's integrated microphone or can talk interactively when the camera is connected with a powered speaker. The camera can also capture events in dark conditions with its low-light mode which improves image brightness.

For recording, the camera comes bundled with Vivotek's ST7501 recording software at no additional cost. This easy to use application can monitor and record to a Windows PC and can integrate up to 32 Vivotek cameras. Installation of the camera can also be performed quickly using Power over Ethernet
