The Axis M1031-W is the top of the range camera from Axis’ M10 series. It features H.264 compression, 2-way audio, wireless connectivity, a PIR sensor and a built-in white light LED for 24-hour surveillance.

H.264 compression offers streaming video at reduced bit rates resulting in lower bandwidth consumption and storage requirements. Features include 2-way audio support using the camera’s built-in microphone and speaker, motion detection using a PIR sensor and a built-in white light LED which can be set to activate automatically based on alarm or manually by the user.

Compact and stylish the M1031-W is easy to install in a wide range of indoor locations and can be plugged into the network using an Ethernet cable or set to connect wirelessly using IEEE802.11b/g wireless networks. Like all IP cameras offered by Network Webcams, the Axis M1031-W Wireless IP security camera has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet as a streaming IP webcam.
