PowerDsine PD-3506G Rack-mountable, 6-port IEEE802.3af Power over Ethernet midspan [PD-3506G/AC]

The PowerDsine PD-3506G is a Power over Ethernet midspan capable of powering up to 6 compatible devices through standard Ethernet cabling, ideal for powering IP security networks, IP phones and wireless access system. The midspan can supply up to 15W per channel and is compatible with all devices using the IEEE802.3af power standard.

Advanced safety features prevent damage to connected devices, shutting down power in the event of a short and preventing power from being supplied to incompatible devices. The unit is also mountable into 19" rack cabinets, simplifying installation. Additionally, the unit is provides up to 1000Mbps data throughput, preventing data bottle-necks on high-speed systems.
