When contacting our helpdesk please have your order number to hand. This will allow us to assist you without delay. The ID number is shown on the order confirmation or invoice that we have emailed to you.

- By making use of our Free Technical Support service you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not make use of our free service

- Customer or Customers is you, the party that has purchased an item from NW via this website
- Our Free Technical Support service is freely provided to help our Customers overcome any initial set up or installation problems they may have. The amount and level of free technical support provided is at the discretion of NW. NW is under no (legal) obligation to the Customer to provide this free service and may decline a support request at its own discretion, at any time and without notice
- The support provided as part of this Free Technical Support service is by telephone, e-mail and/or remote access (if allowed) only. It does not include on-site support.
- The Customer accepts that the set up, installation and/or use of a purchased item is his or her own risk and responsibility. If the Customer makes use of NW's Free Technical Support service then she or he does so under the condition that the use by the Customer of the advice, recommendations or support provided by NW is at his or her own risk. NW does not accept any responsibility for damages, of whatever nature, that the Customer, or any other party, may claim is a result of the advice, recommendations or support provided by NW.
