Arecont Vision product update
In December 2011, NW Systems Group became an Advanced Certified Channel Partner for Arecont Vision. This following a successful year of collaboration between Arecont and NW. With its specialisation in multi-megapixel CCTV at high frame rates, Arecont’s offering adds value and uniqueness to our range of premium-branded IP security solutions.
In light of this intensified partnership we have updated our range of Arecont IP security cameras, with resolutions ranging from 1 megapixel, HD 720p and 1080p to a massive 20 megapixels.
Throughout the Arecont range of IP surveillance cameras you’ll find features such as day/night functionality for round-the-clock surveillance, high megapixel resolutions that deliver some of the fastest frame rates on the market and robust casings for both indoor and outdoor use. Arecont network CCTV solutions are ideal for when no detail can be missed and high security is a must.
MegaVideo Compact Cameras
The new MegaVideo compact IP camera range comes in a variety of megapixel rates – from 1.3MP to 10MP – boasting some of the fastest frame rates you can currently get, providing solutions for monitoring till transactions or casino operations.
Models such as the Arecont AV3115DN are ideal for such environments. A Casino Mode feature keeps the cameras’ frame rate above 30fps, ensuring that no fast-moving details are missed.
Cameras over 3 megapixel resolution make use of ‘pixel binning’ technology groups together pixels in response to poor light conditions, helping to increase light sensitivity and increase image clarity even in low-light.
D4F Dome Series
The D4S range of indoor compact cameras are perfect for discreet indoor surveillance. Cameras such as the D4F-AV5115DN include an IP camera and a durable acrylic housing. These durable dome designs can be discreetly mounted in suspended ceilings, perfect for locations such as offices, stock rooms and reception areas.
MegaView Cameras
The Megaview range of infrared IP security cameras are outdoor-ready with PoE support for easy-installation.
Bullet cameras such as the AV3125IR come with built-in infrared LEDs and a 4.5mm to 10mm infrared-corrected varifocal lens for capturing uncompromised CCTV footage, without the need for additional, costly infrared lights.
MegaDome Cameras
The MegaDome range provides a high resolution, high frame rate video common to all Arecont Vision cameras but features a tough and durable IP66-rated enclosure, allowing the camera to be installed outdoors.
An infrared cut-filter makes the camera suitable for low-light monitoring, while H.264 compression limits the impact of video on data networks, helping to save on storage costs.
SurroundVideo Cameras
The SurroundVideo range of panoramic IP security cameras provides a 360° all-round view using four CMOS sensors integrated into one unit, ideal for keeping watch over large areas such logistical centres or prisons.
The AV20365DN panoramic IP camera has a combined resolution of 20 megapixels – equivalent to using tens of traditional analogue cameras – and provides a full 360° picture, unsurpassed in the CCTV market.
A robust, vandal-resistant casing protects the camera against adverse conditions, making it suitable for use in most scenarios.
